Josie Soto – Office Manager

Josie has been the office manager at Karzen Family Dental for 20 years.

Josie is the first friendly face to greet our patients. She schedules and coordinates treatment appointments, handles insurance billing and can answer any administrative questions patients may have.

Maggie Motomen – Hygienist

Maggie has been working with Dr. Karzen for over 20 years.

Maggie is a highly skilled Hygienist who extremely thorough and passionate about her work. She loves what she does which is helping people maintain their oral health. Maggie often says she would not be able to sleep at night if she leaves any plaque behind.

Fernando Gomez – Registered Dental Assistant

Fernando worked with Dr. Karzen over 20 years ago. He joined our Encino team in 2022. Fernando has 25 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. He has excellent hand skills and loves helping our patients with their Dental Needs.

Erica Cabrera – Dental Assistant

Erica graduated from Dr. Karzen’s Vocational School, VSDA in 2015. Since then, She has worked in many offices helping patients in both the front office and the back. Erica came back to work with us in 2022. She helps to keep our office running smoothly.
